I would rate the service by Pure Mechanical with more than 5 stars if I was allowed! Kelly and Chris were very responsive throughout the process. They provided a very competitive quote quickly after I provided some photos of the project. I appreciated their willingness to share knowledge and detail about the pros/cons of different types of water heaters and helped me make the final decision. For the service appointment, Kelly and Chris were right on time, made sure to keep the house and work area clean, and completed the installation in an efficient and timely manner. During and after installing the water heater, both Kelly and Chris shared information about how to better maintain the water heater to extend its service life (information the plumber that installed our prior water heater had not shared). All in all, it was a great experience working with Kelly and Chris from Pure Mechanical!
